LandMonthly, operated by American Investment Properties, offers seller-financed land sales. Property listings, pricing, availability, and terms are subject to change without notice.

You may create an account to access the buyer portal. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Clover. All sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late fees may apply per your individual land contract terms.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, and logos, is owned by American Investment Properties and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. American Investment Properties makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any property information.
7. Limitation of Liability
American Investment Properties shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or any land purchase.
