    Sign Your Purchase Agreement

    We prepare a simple purchase agreement outlining your property, purchase price, chosen term, monthly payment, and all conditions. Sign and return, no attorney or escrow required.

    Make Monthly Payments

    Pay on the 1st of each month via PayPalZelleVenmoApple Cash cashier's check, or money order. A $15 late fee applies if payment is received after the 15th. No prepayment penalty, pay off early anytime.

  5. 05

    Receive Your Grant Deed

    We've simplified the closing process: the seller handles all fees, including deed prep and transfer taxes. The purchaser is simply responsible for property taxes, HOA/POA dues, and any similar fees incurred during the term of the agreement. When your final payment is received, a Grant Deed is recorded in your name and the property is yours, free and clear.
